What sizes do you offer?
Every piece is unisex and cut to Japanese sizing. Hoodies run XS to 3XL, sweatshirts and t-shirts run S to 2XL, and the knit vests run S to XL. The exact sizes for a piece are listed on its product page.
What are the clothes made from?
Hoodies and sweatshirts use 100% cool-dye terry cotton at 320–330 GSM, finished with a one-side brush and an enzyme and silicon wash. The sleeveless vests are 100% organic cotton at 280 GSM on a 7GG gauge.
Do you run sales or discounts?
No. Rather than raising prices and discounting them later, we price everything fairly from the start and keep it there. You can read the reasoning on our About page.
Can I return something?
Yes, within 5 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original condition, and return shipping is paid by the customer. Please contact us before sending anything back.
How do I request a refund?
Email contact@ravoso.com with your order number and the item details. Once we have verified the return, our team will walk you through the rest. For returned items, the reduced standard shipping fee is deducted from the original payment.
Where do you ship?
Orders through this site ship within Japan. If you are ordering from elsewhere, write to contact@ravoso.com and we will let you know what is possible.
How do I pick the right size?
Each product page lists the sizes available for that piece. If you are between sizes or unsure how a cut runs, email us before ordering and we will help you choose.
