Benefits of Registering or Signing Up an Account with Ravoso

Access to your order history for personal or official use, as well as for any point verification purposes. 

To be eligible for the above benefits, one must create an account at Ravoso.

Shipping or Delivery Fee Policy

At Ravoso, we aim to reduce the burden of shipping costs from our customers. Therefore, a minimum shipping charge is paid when you buy a Ravoso product.

  • A standard shipping charge will be shared with the consumers all over Japan.
  • All registered customers will enjoy a regular shipping discount fee at Ravoso.
  • Shipping fee modification can take place at any time. So, please always check the updated fees at your CART.
  • A different shipping fee will be applied for Fukuoka, Hokkaido, Okinawa, and international shipments. Shipping fee exemption does not apply for international shipments.
  • Shipping fee policies on other platforms (Amazon, TikTok, etc.) where Ravoso sells its items depend on those platform’s features and policies or merged policies.

Exception: Shipping fees for a return, exchange, or cancellation will take place according to its policies. Please check each policy for more information.

Replace/Exchange Policy

  • If you request an exchange before the shipping has been issued, no shipping/delivery fee will be charged for that undelivered item.
  • If you request an exchange after the shipping has been issued, you will be charged the full delivery fee for that primary item.
  • For the exchanged item, our standard shipping charge and any additional price will apply that may occur because of the change made.
  • If you exchange with a lower-priced item, after adjusting the deductions for shipping, Ravoso will refund the rest of the amount according to its refund policy.
  • If you place an exchange request after receiving the items or once the shipping company attempts the delivery, it will fall under our Return Policy and can no longer be dealt with as an exchange. The exchanged item will be considered a new purchase in this case.

Exception: Exchange policies on other platforms such as Amazon, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, etc., where Ravoso sells its items depend on those platform’s features and policies or merged policies.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • If you place a cancellation before the shipping has been issued, no shipping/delivery fee will be charged for that undelivered item.
  • If you place a cancellation after the shipping has been issued, you will be charged the full delivery fee for that item.
  • If you cancel after receiving the items or once the shipping company attempts the delivery, it will fall under our Return Policy, and the refund will be made according to the Refund Policy.
  • If you have mistakenly bought an item and want to cancel immediately, please contact our customer service ASAP to hold the shipping process so that you do not encounter a shipping charge for an item you are not willing to buy.

Ravoso Point Wallet

  • All consumers (regardless of level) will be given 1 point per 100¥ spent at Ravoso. Which is 1% of the actual product price (excluding shipping fee & consumer tax). Please note that “1 points = 1 JPY.
    Example: For a product bought worth 10000¥ (excluding shipping fee & consumer tax), a customer will receive (10000/100) = 100 Points.
  • Points can ONLY be used primarily at Ravoso online stores and future physical stores.

    Eligibility Criteria for Ravoso Point Wallet:
  • A customer must have an account at Ravoso for point collection.
  • No point can be added or saved without an account registration with us.
  • Any purchase made before registering an account will go without collecting points.

Loyalty Programs

There are 2 ways a consumer can rank high at Ravoso to receive the benefits of lucrative loyalty programs. 
a. If you maintain the buying cap each year separately.
b. If you buy more than the yearly limit, Ravoso will automatically take you to the next level without waiting for year-end. In this way, anybody can achieve the lifetime loyalty benefits quickly.
Example: Customer A bought 5 items or 5 times in the first 6 months from Ravoso. In this case, they will jump to a Silver Member status and start enjoying 14% off from their next purchase. A new Magic code will be provided accordingly.

3.1) (Star Members) - For first-time consumers:
(i) 12% off on all items from the 1st purchase if you register your account with us.
(ii) This offer remains valid for 1 year.
(iii) To be eligible for the next level, a customer must buy at least 2 items from Ravoso in their first year from Ravoso (excluding the 1st purchase). The purchase can be made at once or at separate times.

3.2) (Bronze Members) - Consumers in their 2nd year with Ravoso :
(i) 13% off on all items when customers enter their 2nd year with us.
(ii) This offer remains valid for the 2nd year or 1 year.
(iii) To be eligible for the next level, a customer must buy at least 3 items from Ravoso in their second year from Ravoso. The purchase can be made at once or at separate times.

3.3) (Silver Members) - Consumers in their 3rd year with Ravoso:
(i) 14% off on all items when customers enter their 3rd year with us.
(ii) This offer remains valid for the 3rd year or 1 year.
(iii) To be eligible for the next level, a customer must buy at least 3 items from Ravoso in their third year from Ravoso. The purchase can be made at once or at separate times.

3.4) (Gold Members) - Consumers in their 4th year with Ravoso:
(i) 15% off on all items when customers enter their 4th year with us.
(ii) This offer remains valid for the next 2 years (4th & 5th).
(iii) To be eligible for the next level, A customer must buy at least 6 items at once or in separate purchases within these 2 years from Ravoso.

3.5) (Prime Members) - Consumers in their 6th year with Ravoso:
(i) Upon completing 5 years with Ravoso fashion brand, we want to appreciate your trust in us by a 17% off on all items
(ii) This offer remains valid for the next 2 years (6th & 7th).
(iii) To be eligible for the highest level, a customer must buy at least 5 items at once or in separate purchases within these 2 years from Ravoso.

3.6) (VIP Members) - Consumers in their 8th year and above with Ravoso:
(i) Upon completing 7 years with Ravoso fashion brand, we want to be grateful for your support for us by a Lifetime 20% off on all items.
(ii) This offer is valid for a lifetime with a condition to renew every 3 years.
(iii) To renew the lifetime offer, a customer must buy at least 2 items at once or in separate purchases yearly to maintain the status.

Basic Eligibility for Loyalty Programs:

  • A customer must sign up for an account with Ravoso for their purchases.
  • Level-up is only possible when a customer has a registered account with Ravoso.
  • Without signing up for an account, a regular rate will apply to all recurring customers, regardless of their tenure with us.

Return Policy

Customers can return a product they bought in principle if they meet certain conditions. Eligibility Criteria:

  • Returns are only eligible for the items shipped within Japan. Currently, international shipments are not covered by the return policy. Products sent abroad may be returned if you bought them from our Amazon Japan store, if Amazon covers the return policy for international shipments.
  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.
  • Returns must be made within 5 days from the date of receiving the items.
  • The return shipping/delivery charge shall be carried by the consumer.
  • Return must be made after contacting Ravoso customer service. Customers may need to convey the reason for the return, and the feedback will be used for future product and service development.

Refund Policy

  • Contact our customer support team at contact@ravoso.com to initiate the refund process.
  • Provide proof of purchase (order number, etc.) and details about the items you wish to return (name of the item, date of delivery received, etc.).
  • Upon verification, if you are eligible for a refund, please follow the instructions given by our customer service team.
  • For a returned item, the reduced standard shipping fee will be deducted from the actual payment made when buying it. At Ravoso, we reduce the burden of shipping costs for our customers by sharing the maximum portion (%) of it. Therefore, for a return, the initial exempted amount of the shipping cost will be charged, and the refund will be processed for the rest of the money.
  • If you have bought items using points from your Ravoso wallet, you will still receive the refund to your account in Japanese Yen (¥). As the points will be refunded as ¥, they will not be returned to your point wallet.
  • For any overpayment issue, Ravoso will refund the amount after verification according to its refund policy. We expect your cooperation in the verification process by providing us with the required data to issue a refund.
  • Based on each case for overpayment and ground facts for verification, the timeline for issuing a refund may differ. We expect your patience while you wait for a refund.

Refund Methods:

(i) Refunds will be issued as Bank Transfers for both Online and Cash On Delivery (COD) payments.

Policies For Miscellaneous Issues

  • Ravoso is not liable for any issues not mentioned in the terms of service.
  • However, we encourage our consumers to contact us for issues not covered by our terms and conditions. We will surely help our consumers with possible support covered by Ravoso’s internal policies.
  • For missing items or items that were not delivered, make sure to track them and contact the relevant shipping company from your end.
  • If the shipping company does not have an idea of the item ordered, please contact us ASAP. We will confirm that the item reaches your address by determining the main reason for this delay.

  • You can contact us via any of our social media platforms or website.
  • We typically reply to your queries within 24 hours. The time to reply may be extended in case of complex issues or vacations. We apologize for any inconvenience if there is a delay.

Policy Update/Modification

We reserve the right to update, modify, or change the terms and conditions at any time. Our registered customers will be notified of the changes via email.
