🚚 Shipping Information

How long does shipping take?

It usually takes 1~3 days. For Fukuoka, Hokkaido, and Okinawa, it may take 4~5 days. Products ordered after 11:00 am will be shipped the next day.

For international shipments, the days may vary depending on the destination country. So, please place your order to know more about the timeline.

What is the shipping cost?

We follow standard shipping costs and share the burden with our customers. Our primary goal is to make it easy for our consumers and keep the shipping cost as low as possible. However, shipping costs for Fukuoka, Hokkaido, and Okinawa will be higher than the regular shared amount. Currently, there is no shipping fee exemption for international consumers.

To specifically know the shipping cost, please choose your desired products, add them to your cart, and add the destination for delivery.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer international shipping. However, the consumers shall carry the shipping cost. Currently, our Return, Refund, and Replacement policy does not cover international orders if you buy from our website.

However, if you buy from our other online stores, such as Amazon, the return/refund/replacement policy may work according to those platform's policies.

How do I track my order?

Please track your order using the Tracking Number sent to your email or directly request from the chat on the botton-right corner of the page.

I never got my order. What should I do?

Please make sure to track your order using the tracking number provided. Also, check if you received any undelivered notice from the service provider. If you have received a notice, please call them to reschedule the delivery of your item.

How can I place an order?

You can place an order on our website after adding your desired items to your cart or visit our store on Amazon and place an order there. However, our Amazon store may only include some items and sizes.

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Master Card, American Express, JCB, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Additionally, we will introduce Paypal soon.

Are there any ongoing promotions or discounts?

At Ravoso, we don’t believe in constant promotions or discounts, as this system does not guarantee good deals. Instead, we give proper value through our products in return for your money. Therefore, please check our Loyalty Programs.

Can I earn points on my purchase?

Yes, besides the loyalty program, we have a point-based system for all customers on their purchases. All consumers (regardless of level) will be given 1% as points of the actual product price (excluding shipping fee & consumer tax) at Ravoso. Consumers will receive 1 point for 1¥ spent at Ravoso. To redeem your points, please note that "100 points = 1 JPY".

📐 Sizing and Fit

Do you provide a size guide?

Yes, Ravoso has it’s unique size chart. Please check out all sizes in detail in this blog. For specific products, you can go to the Catalog and see the size details there.

Can I replace items for a different size?

Yes, you can replace an ordered item with a different size for FREE if you request the change before shipment is issued. If you request a replacement after the shipment, the previous shipping charge will not be carried over to the replaced item (if there was any shipment cost). The shipment fee for the returned item will be the consumer's responsibility.

Additionally, for the new item, you will be charged a new standard shipment fee (if applicable). Therefore, we recommend you select the correct items as much as possible based on the unique size guideline given by Ravoso.
